Choose the invitation's finished size

A 5 × 7 in invitation is a common example, but the correct value is the intended cut size of your design. PrintGrid Pro reads the source, lets you confirm the dimensions, and keeps those dimensions visible before export.

Repeat one design or arrange a coordinated set

Repeat one invitation across the sheet, or use Multiple designs when every invitation has the same finished size and shape. Set each copy quantity and review the assignment order before generating the PDF.

Prepare invitations for cutting

Use trim marks or a cut outline that matches the selected shape. Add bleed only when the artwork extends beyond the finished edge. Standard, flattened RGB 300 ppi, and general print CMYK 300 ppi outputs are available.

Private until you generate

The selected source remains local while you arrange the preview. Only the active source is uploaded when you authorize an export, and temporary files follow the published retention policy.

Print without driver scaling

Download the generated PDF and choose Actual size or 100% in the browser or printer dialog. Physical results still depend on the printer, driver, paper, ink, and hardware.
