How guides are produced

Each workflow is checked against the current editor, shared LayoutPlan geometry, supported output types, credit rules, and temporary-file privacy boundaries. Screenshots use safe fixture designs in the real application, never customer files or private Admin data.

What the physical test can and cannot prove

We verify dimensions, PDF pages, preview-to-export behavior, and documented print-dialog steps. Printers, drivers, ink, toner, paper, feed alignment, and finishing vary, so every guide recommends a controlled sample for work where size, alignment, or color matters. We do not claim that every printer has been tested.

Review and updates

Drafts receive product-owner editorial review before publication. A date changes only when the article is materially reviewed or updated. Corrections are checked against current product behavior before publication.
