Terms of Service
Effective August 16, 2026 ยท Version 1.0
Provider and operating model
PrintGrid Pro is operated by Artwork Lab LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The service is supplied from the United States in English and may be available worldwide where lawful and supported by the payment processor. Global availability does not mean Artwork Lab LLC is established, incorporated, or physically present in every country. Every purchase and account agreement is with Artwork Lab LLC. You must be at least 18.
Accounts and acceptable use
A verified email is required for account access. You must provide accurate information, protect access to your email and session, and not misuse the service, evade trial controls, interfere with security, upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe another person's rights, or use PrintGrid Pro to facilitate fraud or illegal activity. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or material breach. A trial-only restriction does not block valid paid credits, Unlimited access, preview, or billing management unless a separate account restriction applies.
Your source files and generated PDFs
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your source file and remain responsible for all permissions needed to process, reproduce, and print it. You grant Artwork Lab LLC a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to receive, process, reproduce, and generate the requested output only to provide PrintGrid Pro. Ownership of your source is not transferred. You may use the generated PDF only to the extent allowed by your source rights and applicable law.
Files stay on your device until you explicitly authorize an export. Only the active source is uploaded. PrintGrid Pro has no permanent source-file or output library in this MVP. Uploaded source bytes are deleted immediately after a validated ready result or terminal failure/cancellation, with a hard one-hour maximum. A ready PDF is available for up to 24 hours and may be downloaded or printed repeatedly by the authenticated account during that window without another entitlement charge. Access does not extend the deadline.
Trial, credits, and Unlimited
An eligible verified account receives one non-transferable, non-resellable clean trial export with no cash value and no fixed expiration while the account remains open and eligible. Purchased credits do not expire while the account is open and in good standing; no credit is transferable or resellable. Promotional, complimentary, trial, and administrator-granted credits have no cash value.
One credit is permanently consumed only after one authorized output page or side is successfully generated and validated. Eligible non-cash credits are consumed before paid credits; paid credits are allocated FIFO by purchase lot. Failed, cancelled, timed-out, crashed, malformed, or invalid exports release the reservation. Repeated download or Print access to the same valid result does not consume another entitlement.
Unlimited plans renew on the billing interval shown at Checkout. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; unless mandatory law requires otherwise, access continues through the current paid period with no cancellation fee.
Refunds and print responsibility
The Refund and Cancellation Policy is part of these Terms. A corrected export is the first remedy for a verified PrintGrid Pro output error, followed by entitlement restoration, and then an appropriate payment refund when the purchased service cannot be provided or law requires it. Customer configuration mistakes or a change of mind after successful use do not by themselves restore a credit.
PrintGrid Pro cannot guarantee a physical printer result because printers, drivers, scaling, paper, ink, toner, margins, and hardware vary. Select Actual size or 100 percent in the print dialog.
Service, intellectual property, and liability
We may maintain, improve, or change the service and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. PrintGrid Pro software, branding, interface, and documentation are owned by Artwork Lab LLC or its licensors; your source rights remain yours. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without warranties that cannot reasonably be made for a self-service print workflow. Liability exclusions and limits do not apply where mandatory law prohibits them or to rights that cannot be waived.
Taxes and global availability
Prices may include or be increased by applicable taxes where PrintGrid Pro is required to collect them. Any taxes not collected by PrintGrid Pro that are legally payable by the customer remain the customer's responsibility. Prices and taxes are shown before payment, and Checkout may require location and tax-identity information under the existing payment provider configuration.
Governing law and disputes
Wyoming law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections that cannot lawfully be waived. Customers outside the United States acknowledge that the service is supplied by a United States company and accept this choice of law to that extent; legally available local courts, regulators, and dispute-resolution bodies remain available where mandatory law requires.
For United States users only, disputes not resolved through a 60-day good-faith informal process will be resolved individually through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules for consumer disputes and applicable AAA rules for other disputes. The Federal Arbitration Act applies where legally applicable. Proceedings are remote, by telephone, video, or documents by default, unless an in-person hearing is required or agreed. Fees follow AAA rules and mandatory law. Small-claims cases remain allowed. Class, collective, coordinated representative, and private-attorney-general proceedings are waived only to the extent permitted by law.
A United States user may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@printgridpro.com within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. Disputes not subject to arbitration may be brought in state or federal courts in Wyoming, except where mandatory law permits another venue.
